Velazquez Pain Relief Center is a multidisciplinary pain management practice dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent patient care, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Review and organize patient paperwork and forms
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Triage patient needs and relay information to the provider
- Retrieve imaging reports and medical records as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic
- Assist with other administrative or clinical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting (pain management experience a plus)
- Excellent patient service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and general computer use

This position can be part time or full time depending on the applicant's needs.
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
