Hiring: Part-Time or Full-Time Administrative Clerk
Velazquez Pain Relief Center – Las Vegas, NV
Position: Part-Time Administrative Clerk
Location: 3820 S Hualapai Way Ste 200 Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time available, Weekday Hours (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and sort incoming mail and route documents to the correct team
• Download and organize EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) from insurance portals
• Reconcile EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers)
• Assist with reviewing and processing insurance correspondence and denials
• Provide general support to the billing and admin team
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a medical office or billing department helpful
• Familiarity with EOBs, EFTs, and insurance workflows is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with digital file systems and secure document handling
• Professional and reliable, able to handle confidential information
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Ideal Candidate:
• Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Interested in healthcare operations or medical billing support
Compensation: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
